More About The Product

Races and off-course intrigues provide the thrills in Graeme Roe's fourth Jay Jessop thriller, set in the run-up to the Amateur Jockeys' Championship

"* 'Praise for Graeme Roe's Previous Novels Roe succeeds in weaving a tale that keeps you galloping through the pages to find out what happens next.' - Independent on Sunday * 'This is the stuff of classic racing thrillers, with liberal doses of violence and suspense, kidnap and murder. Roe's trump card, though, is the racing.' - Racing Post * 'Pacey and innovative, with good characters.' - Richard Pitman, Sunday Express * 'Another action-packed racing thriller set against a realistic background of what National Hunt racing is really like.' - Richard Dunwoody"

Following a successful career in advertising, at the age of forty Graeme Roe decided to take up riding and under the guidance of David Nicholson gained an amateur National Hunt license. His biggest success was winning the Ayr Yeomanry Cup on Dom Perignon. He then took out a Jockey Club permit followed by a full license and trained many winners. Graeme now runs a corporate communications company.
