Glow Worm has a problem - she doesn't glow. Maybe she isn't a glow worm, after all - she does look suspiciously like a beetle. Rabbit wants to help his new friend, so he takes Glow Worm to see Owl. He's sure that's the right thing to do, because Owl always knows the answer.
