Linda Green's first publication came at age thirteen when her 'Ode to Gary Mabbutt' won second prize in the Tottenham Weekly Herald's 'My Favourite Player' competition. She went on to become an award-winning journalist and has written for the Guardian, the Independent on Sunday and The Big Issue. Linda lives in West Yorkshire, is married to a sports photographer for a well-known national newspaper and has a two-year-old son.
